We are offering a 25-minute online guided meditation on Zoom for anyone interested in getting into the magical state of inner stillness. It is offered every evening at 6pm Pacific Time. The main purpose of the meditation is to expand awareness beyond limitations to the limitless possibilities to help you realize your heartfelt intentions. The meditation uses great techniques to activate the prefrontal cortex and to move into a magical realm of great inner stillness. These are master meditations that shift your brain waves from beta to alpha relaxing your nervous system, helping you with stress, anxiety, and depression.
