🧘🏽Format of the class
· 20 mins of breathing exercise (Pranayama)
· 60 mins of physical exercise (Asanas)
· 10 mins of final relaxation (Shavasana)

✨What to bring
· Blanket (for final relaxation)
· Bottle of water
· Yoga mats are available at the studio
Note: Try to eat your last meal at least 3-4 hrs before a yoga session
