About us
The Daily Practitioner Meetup Group connects operators, coaches, and small-team leads across every industry who share one thing: they've got at least one process that only works because they're the one running it.
Built by Malkant Group around one idea: turn a process into a daily practice that runs consistently, whether or not you're the one running it. This community exists for people who want the process they run to exist somewhere other than their own head; written down, repeatable by someone else, and worth being paid for.
Which might become a documented system your team can finally use without you, a product you package and sell, or just a much steadier version of the work you're already doing.
Here's what happens here.
- Every week, one discussion. A short discussion board about turning a real process into something that runs on its own: what actually counts as a step worth writing down, when a simple checklist stops being enough, what's worth tracking and what's just noise. There's one thing in each of them you can try the same day; no tool required.
- Every month, one open session. One hour, live, walking through how to turn one real process into a daily practice, start to finish, with real examples and time for questions. Open to everyone in the group, and everyone who attends can get three months of full access to the tool that runs it.
One idea sits underneath both: a process doesn't count until someone besides you can run it. Most of us have never actually tested whether ours would survive that.
For members who'd rather build hands-on, there's Malkant; the tool that turns everything here into a daily practice that runs itself; and a 12-week practitioner path that walks you through building, testing, and running your first real one.
That's the next step when you want it, and never a requirement for being here.
Join the group, attend the new-member welcome session, explore the weekly discussions, and RSVP for the next open session.
