Our 1st PTSD MeetUp EVENT!

Hello to all members & welcome to the group!

It’s time for our 1st event, I figured this would be a good start to get to know each other in a normal setting. As you all know, this group is about sharing our experiences & discussing the struggles we face on a daily basis dealing with CPTSD/PTSD & other issues…we are all ONE here with no discrimination & I want everyone to feel open enough to share their thoughts freely in conversation.

I hope that a lot of you will join me in person for our first event & continue to join in me in many other events I have planned for this group. This group is about caring about each other, compassion, strength to lift others up out of their own darkness, a shoulder to cry on if needed as we are all here for the same reason!
