### About the Event

Daisy Connections Sparks & Friendship is a friendship-first social designed to help people connect in a way that is relaxed, fun, and genuine.
Unlike typical speed dating or networking, Daisy is structured so that you’ll have time to get to know people without awkward small talk. You’ll meet people looking for new friends or potential lovers in a comfortable, welcoming and friendly space.
Our events are neuro-inclusive - we design them thoughtfully so that both neurodivergent and neurotypical guests are happy and comfortable. Clear structure, volume control, decompression zone, friendliness, no cringe , small talk or group activities, and plenty of rejection protection!! 💫

### How It Works

🌼 Pre-Event Questionnaire – After booking, you’ll complete a short form to share your preferences (e.g. open to sparks or friendship-only). We’ll use this to match you with 5 compatible people.
🌼 Two Rounds of Conversations – You’ll meet your matches across two themed rounds. Each round lasts six minutes per match.
🌼 Round One → Fun icebreakers (no small talk — expect quirky, unexpected questions).
🌼 Round Two → Deeper, more thoughtful questions
🌼 Break Round – Everyone has time during both rounds to catch their breath and fill in their simplified forms.
🌼 30-Minute Refresh Break – Time for a proper pause, grab a drink, and reset.
🌼 Optional Mixer – After the rounds, join us for an informal social. A chance to grab a refreshing drink, chat more freely, and make extra connections.
🌼 The Daisy Raffle – Every ticket enters you into our raffle! At the end, a few lucky winners will receive a voucher for a free drink for themselves and one other guest of their choice. A little extra spark (or friendship) on us.

### Our Matching System

🌼 To take the stress out of follow-up:
🌼 You’ll only be told about people who said they want to connect with you if you said the same about them.
🌼 If there’s no mutual connection, you’ll simply see “no mutual matches” — meaning no awkward rejection, no uncertainty.
🌼 Whether it’s friendship, sparks, or both, the system is designed to make things feel easy and positive.

Welcome & Overview – introduction, event flow explained, housekeeping, set expectations.
🌼 2:15–2:55 (40 mins)
Round One – Fun Icebreakers
5 × 7-minute conversationss + 5-minute form pause.
🌼 2:55–3:25 (30 mins)
Refresher Break – grab a drink, take a pause, and get ready for deeper chats.
🌼 3:25–4:05 (40 mins)
Round Two – Deeper Questions
5 × 7-minute conversations + 5-minute form pause.
🌼 4:05–4:10 (5 mins)
Raffle & Announcements – winners get a free drink for themselves and a guest of their choice.
🌼 4:10–5:30 (80 mins)
Optional Mixer – relaxed social, plenty of time to deepen connections.
