Connection Walk: A Mental Health Walk in Nature
Details
Experience the healing of time to slow down and pause in nature; allowing connection with yourself, others and your natural world.
Purpose
Connection Walks focus on connection with the self; mentally and physically, the community and nature.
We begin by taking time to pause; slowing down to notice our beautiful natural environment and letting go of the weight of our busy world.
Throughout the walk, we talk and connect with others; a chance to build authentic bonds, share, laugh and support one another.
Mental health is at the core of the Connection Walks; where your feelings are allowed and there is time and space to explore these internally or with members of your community.
Location
This monthly walk will begin and end outside of Chingford Station, E4. The meeting point will be to the right of the station as you exit.
