Daisy's Vinyasa Flow Yoga places great emphasis on the perfect combination of one inhalation, one exhalation, and body flow. The postures are completed in one breath cycle, with smooth movements similar to flowing clouds and flowing water. The difficulty level gradually increases, while the movement balances high and low intensity.
In class we explore our bodies from the outside to the inside, from one posture to another the energy processes are continuous. Fluid transitions in Vinyasa Flow Yoga allow students to improve energy levels and vitality, makes us balanced and at peace with ourselves.
Duration: 75 minutes Difficulty: Level 2 ( Intermediate)
At the end of yoga practice, Daisy will take you into a Yoga Nidra (ancient relaxation technique also called "the sleep of the yogi") with the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls.
### Important Information
- If you do sign up for the event, please take it seriously. If you need to cancel, do it at least 24 hours in advance.
- Your gratitude and feedback are the most welcome. I enjoy sharing yoga, so I decided to make this yoga event free donation-based. Suggested contribution: EUR 5 or more. This small donations will be used to improve my yoga studio and teaching curriculum.
- Bring your own mat if you'd like (we do have enough yoga mats for all students though) and make sure you arrive on time: at least 5 minutes before class starts so you have time to settle in. The door opens 20 min before class starts; you are welcome to arrive early and hang out!
