Unwind with us this summer for Flex and Float, a 45-minute, all-levels community class starting at 7:00 PM at the beautiful Omni Las Colinas.

Check-in opens at 6:30 PM, and class will begin promptly at 7:00 PM — so be sure to arrive early to settle in, grab your spot, and explore our vendor experiences before we flow.

After your feel-good flow, the evening continues with a sunset poolside social — designed to help you connect, relax, and soak up the summer vibes. Whether you come solo or with friends, it’s the perfect way to wind down midweek and build community with fellow wellness lovers.
