Curious about what zoning reform means for your neighborhood? The City of Dallas is rewriting its zoning code for the first time in decades—and the Dallas Housing Coalition wants to make sure communities across the city are informed, engaged, and heard.

Join us for a Zoning 101 Community Talk near you to:

• Learn what zoning is and how it affects housing, transportation, and economic development in your area
• Understand what’s changing in Dallas’s zoning code and why it matters
• Share your perspective and ask questions in a welcoming, community-led space
• Enjoy food, drinks, and connection with your neighbors

Each session is free and open to the public. Come early, bring a friend, and let’s talk about the future of Dallas—together.

All dates below are from 6 PM to 7:30 PM in the evening.

The same content will be presented at all meetings with slight adaptions tailored to each specific community.
