TOPIC: I just want to build cool stuff! How to run your Hackathon

Courtney Humphries, Sr Leader of Software Engineering, will lead a discussion on how to effectively organize and run an enterprise-wide hackathon. With 7 years of hackathon organization experience, he will cover topics such as innovation culture, executive buy-in, funding, engagement, and logistical planning.

We will also feature how one team leveraged a full stack, cloud native platform with out-of-the-box services for visualizations, routing, isolines and more. While another team used Java, Spring boot, and Angular to solve an Active Directory onboarding challenge. Find out how both teams used this tech to take home the W!!!
