The Dallas Founder Lions Club invites you to a can't-miss luncheon featuring one of Dallas's most respected and trailblazing public servants: Pauline Medrano Dallas County Treasurer Since 2015, Treasurer Medrano has led with integrity and a deep commitment to fiscal responsibility, transforming the Treasurer’s Office into a national model for transparency, modernization, and public trust.

Her leadership journey is deeply rooted in Dallas. Elected to the Dallas City Council in 2005, Pauline served four terms, ultimately being elected by her colleagues as Deputy Mayor Pro Tem and later Mayor Pro Tem. Her leadership extended nationally through roles with the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) and the National League of Cities, where she has consistently advocated for equity, access, and civic engagement.
She currently serves as:

• Chair – Dallas County Financial Review Committee
• Member – Dallas County Bail Bond Board
• President-Elect – County Treasurers Association of Texas
