Tour de Meers Road Trip 2025

It's that time again! Time to sign up for the Tour de Meers 2025. This is a weekend road trip to ride the Tour de Meers, do some hiking and kayaking, and generally have a blast with a great group of active cycling friends. Also, this year the Witherington’s will be bringing their boat for some fun on the lake. There are distances on the ride for everyone and plenty of opportunities to take in the beauty of nature on this ride through the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Preserve. You may get to see a buffalo or longhorn up close and personal. The views on this ride are some of the most beautiful I have ever had while riding.
We share two joint meals on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Saturday we cook out at our main cabin which is very nice this year not the one with the challenging kitchen. :) The 3 other cabins are two bedroom and can accommodate two couples or a couple and a single. The 4 I have reserved are on East Lake Drive, up the street from the festivities within walking distance the downtown area. I have a total of 8 rooms that can accommodate up to 16 people. Some of the rooms have queen or king beds, some of the rooms have two beds so there are rooms for couples or singles. There are other options for lodging but they go quickly so if you don't plan to stay in one of the cabins I already have reserved, make your reservation quickly and let me know right away so I can drop the cabins I don't need. The cost for lodging is $195 per person for the entire 3 nights. I am asking for $20 per person for the two joint meals. Also please let me know if you will want to rent a kayak and when you plan to arrive and depart.
