How to Taste Wine

Hi Everybody,

I am hoping to get our group much more active and connected again and why don't we start with a session on How to Taste Wine.
This will be a very different meeting/wine class.
Instead of being lectured at for hours and retaining only a little of what you've learned, you'll learn for about 20 minutes, and then put it into practice right away.
After a very practical 20 minute presentation on how to taste wine, you will sit at a table among a small group of peers and a Group Leader who is at least a WSET Level 3 Wine Graduate.
You will taste and discuss 4 wines blind with your group, while your Group Leader coaches you on how to analyze and talk about each wine.
