Debezium, open-source change data capture with Postgres @CBRE

This session will start with a Postgres introduction and Q&A as an open session. The objective is to accommodate newcomers on any topic.
Then we'll follow up with another advanced topic.

This session topic will be given by Hector Ventura, Lead Software Engineer.
Abstract: Presentation will cover Debezium tools, which is a log-based open-source, distributed change data capture (CDC) platform that monitors databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server) and streams row-level changes (inserts, updates, deletes) in real-time. That talk will cover the basics of Debezium and potential use cases with some focus on Postgres.

We'll have snacks, soft drinks, and social from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The session will start at 7:00 PM.
