This is a spin on traditional yoga -- a curated movement experience focused on awakening the body through fluid, intuitive sequences that shake off stagnation and open up your range of motion for the day ahead.
Once the body is energized through movement, we transition into a deeply immersive sound healing session. The resonant frequencies will settle your mind, lowering cortisol and leaving you in a state of high-vibration clarity.
