Black-Capped Vireo Trail Hike

Join us for a fun and scenic hike on the Black-Capped Vireo Trail via Limestone Ledge Trail at Dinosaur Valley State Park! 🌿🏞️

Elevation gain: 390 ft

Route type: Loop

Estimated time: ~1 hour 40 minutes

This trail offers beautiful views, river crossings, and a mix of shaded and open areas. The trail has some rocky sections, so please wear sturdy, comfortable footwear.

What to bring:

Meeting point:
We'll meet at the park entrance at Dinosaur Valley State Park (1629 Park Rd 59, Glen Rose, TX) at 11:00 AM sharp. Look for our group near the main parking area.

🎟️ Please note: There is a small entrance fee to the park (see park website for details). Texas State Parks Passes are also accepted.
