Monday miles and a few shenanigans

Begin your week with a warm up, a couple of hills and then on to some paved white rock trail miles on the "other" side of the lake.
Total 20 -22 miles. It's a fun ride. 14-16 mph thru the trees , past the parks, on to the magic circle that's at the end of the trail, then back to the Lake house - choose your speed on the way back, respecting the families and soccer games in the parks
Arrive at 615p to ready to roll out at 630.
The Lakehouse has an outside area to gather after the ride for food and drink.
All participants must wear a helmet , carry ID, and have head lights/ tail lights. It's important also to carry hydration.
This is a no drop ride,however, the expectation is that the posted speed will be maintained.
