
What we’re about
Calling all those who are huffing and puffing long before the 1 mile mark! Those of us who need to know they won’t be the only one who can’t finish half a mile, a quarter mile or maybe struggle after just a hundred yards! We will get together, talk about our fitness goals and jog for a mile or two on Saturday mornings. If you can’t finish, don’t worry! We will listen to one another and encourage finishing, whether at jogging or walking pace. The idea is to get better with likeminded and like-fit folks!
