About Us
The Dallas Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) is a real estate networking club that hosts monthly networking club events in the Dallas and Arlington area. The Dallas REIA is dedicated to providing its' members with:
• Wholesale Real Estate Opportunities
• No Money No Credit Financing Opportunities
• A Network of Local Buyers, Sellers, Service Providers, & Partners
• Best-in-class Local Market Updates, Training, and Mentoring
The Dallas REIA is also a member in good standing of the Texas Wealth Network, a network of over 15,000 Texas Real Estate Investors. We’ve been meeting as a group since 2002, and we’ve been growing our membership continually ever since. We currently have hundreds of members and a network of thousands. Over 150 investors typically show up for each meeting. Our focus is LOCAL, North Texas real estate investing.
We respect your time and local focus, and, as a result, we don’t bring in any ‘out of state’ pitchmen to sell you their wares in this Association. We focus on promoting our own members and sharing the extensive expertise and knowledge found in our group. Many of our current members have been around for many years and continue to offer advice and support to new investors. There’s a lot of deal pitching that goes on in our meetings. In addition, we share recommendations for everything a new or old investor might need including: electricians, painters, plumbers, septic installers, roofers, builders, contractors, investor friendly realtors, educators, foundation companies, etc.
Our mission is to educate our members and share as much information as we can to help them become successful in their real estate investors by providing the tools for learning and support they need to start and grow their business.
We are a North Texas real estate association and we only post ‘deals’ and ‘opportunities’ that are related to North Texas real estate.The discussion board is highly moderated in that NO deals get posted that don’t directly have a relationship to real estate investing in North Texas. That is a huge differentiator for us. Most members really appreciate not having their email clogged with spam about swamp land in Florida.
Bottom line is we operate a GREAT club and we hope to see you soon!
Who’s Behind the Dallas Real Estate Investment Association?
Club President - Shenoah Grove
Shenoah Grove is a true Texan who received her BA at The University of Texas at Austin. She also holds an MBA from Rice University. Shenoah’s real estate experience started at a very early age – her family has been buying and managing rental property for 4 generations! She bought her first investment in 1994 in Travis Heights. Shenoah has been actively investing in real estate and helping homeowners with creative property solutions since 2003. She is intent on finding solutions that work in today’s post-bubble real estate market. When the market changed, she re-thought her strategies to be a more effective problem solver.
She’s also a REALTOR and Broker licensed in Great State of Texas (license #518223).
