Working from home is great, but it can also be lonely sometimes! The purpose of this group is to provide some weekly, after work socializing and comradery for those that don't have colleagues nearby.
The idea is to meet up at a local bar. Maybe the same one, maybe different places, it depends on the interest of others and where people are joining from. Since this is a new group, those that join in the first few meetups will have a large influence in the direction of the group.

Emerald City Band is a high-energy fun cover band that plays top hits from many genres to get the crowd shaking their things. Let's get out, shake off the dust of the work week and dance to our favorite songs.

Our event doesn't officially start until 8:30pm, when Emerald City Band takes stage. Feel free to show up early and enjoy the dueling pianos perform beforehand. If you plan to show up early, message me - I'll look for you and see if I can join early as well.
Besides singing along with our favorite hits, there will be plenty of time to meet friends old and new over food and drinks. This casual and fun event is a great opportunity to meet fellow members, socialize, and connect with like-minded individuals in the DFW area.
Whether you are new in town or have been a longtime resident, everyone is welcome to join us for a great time filled with laughter, good conversations, and building lasting friendships. Let's create unforgettable memories and elevate our social circle at this exciting event!
