Sponsorship and Scala Open Source

Jim O'Flaherty is going to be discussing how to financially sponsor, and how to be sponsored for working in open source, specifically Scala.
In particular, there is a ton of OSS code that needs to be upgraded to Scala 3.0. The talk will explore the various means to create and drive incentives such that projects that need migration are moved forward.
