What we’re about
Dallas Strollers is a FREE walking club and support group at beautiful White Rock Lake for moms who just had a baby. Any mom who is medically ready for exercise can join. Before and after the walks, we’ll practice mindfulness exercises. After each walk, moms can sit together with a licensed counselor and talk about their feelings, share parenting tips, and support each other!
