Start-up Fundamentals – Scaling Your Start-up

We are excited to announce our next event in our Startup Fundamentals series – “Scaling Your Start-up”. This event will again be virtual, to make sure everyone continues to stay safe.

In our prior sessions focusing on end-to-end startup journey, we have covered the path from Idea to MVP and onto finding your Product / Market Fit. Our next session will focus on the next step – Scaling Your Start-up. This is an exciting phase of the startup journey, where much of the past hard work starts to pay off. Yet, many challenges still remain – we will focus on getting market traction, honing the Channel / Product and Business Model / Market fit, achieving customer and revenue growth, and instituting the right enabling business processes.

We will feature a short presentation from an experienced startup founder with relevant lessons learned in this area, followed by a Scaling panel discussion of entrepreneurs and subject matter experts. Following the panel, we will have targeted breakouts with panelists around the following 3 focal areas:

• Fueling growth (market traction, growing sales, pricing, etc)
• Maintaining product focus (product management, technology refinement, etc)
• Scaling company enablers (funding, finance processes, hiring/ HR, etc)
