Come with walk with us Every Saturday at 9AM as we enjoy a warm-up stretch, 1 mile walk, and some refreshing cool-down yoga! Our mission is to inspire group fitness for people who may not be inclined to jog, or go to the gym. It's Completely FREE. We'll be meeting at the Big Cedar Wilderness Trails in Dallas, TX. Come and meet some new friends, network, and have a good time centered around walking!
