New Member Day + Flash Film

Film is not something we do, film is a lifestyle. We believe that every great film begins with a great story and collaboration is the precursor to success. In January 2015 ten people got together with the idea of collaborating on film projects. In 2016 we had our first premiere and showed 5 completed shorts. A fire was lit and between then and our second premiere in June 2017, 170 volunteers had complete 8 shorts. Most reaching inside themselves to discover creative, technical and artistic talents while making their first film.

Every month, the Dallas Film Crew holds a New Member Day to introduce who we are, what we do, and how we operate. People of all levels are encouraged to join, ranging from beginners new to film but interested in telling visual stories, and film veterans who are seeking to establish their network in Dallas and involvement in organized productions.

2018 is your year.

Our next New Member Day is this Sunday, February 18th at 12PM, followed by our regular meeting. This event is open to public, so stop by join the fun.
