Event Details ...
Cost: Ticket required $10. Your Meetup/Event RSVP with us is just for our walk inside the balloon festival - you still need to purchase a ticket via the link below:

Parking: Various options: $10-$15. Please arrive at the site early so you have time to park and walk to the meeting point!
Meeting Point: 5:45 pm The ticket booth at Admission Gate 4. Look for your host Robert, wearing an orange short-sleeve shirt and a fedora-style hat with a group of friendly people.
Icebreaker Introductions: We should have a good-sized group so instead of everyone introducing themselves to the group we will get to know each other by distributing blank stickers and colored markers and we’ll ask everyone to write down on their sticker: 1). first name. 2). favorite food. 3). dream vacation. Example: or “Michele - Strawberries - Fiji” or “Robert - Chocolate - Tokyo”.
Schedule:
5:45 = meeting point / socializing
6:00 pm = begin walk around the balloon festival
6:00 pm = parachute team exhibition
7:00 pm = balloon glow
7:24 pm = sunset
7:30 pm = Plano symphony orchestra concert
10:00 = festival closes

Some highlights:
BALLOONS...
The major draw for this Balloon Festival will be the 30 magnificent, colorful, hot air balloons. Fun for all ages, are the Special Shapes that attend each year. Balloons are in the park Thursday at 7:00PM, Friday at 7:00PM, Saturday at 7:00AM and 7:00PM, and Sunday at 7:00AM (*weather permitting).
MAIN STAGE...
Live Music all Weekend!
BALLOON GLOW...
Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, the balloons will provide a breathtaking sight as they inflate and glow after it gets dark. This is a must see!
