Whether this is your first step in real estate investing or your continuing education and training, we are very excited to have the opportunity to assist you in reaching your real estate investing goals. We are a group of real estate investors and real estate enthusiasts who actively engage in continuing education, networking, group support and most importantly,real estate transactions. We bring together trusted service providers i.e. money lenders, insurance brokers, property managers, property inspectors, real estate lawyers, title companies, wholesalers and many others, all of whom are vitally important to the success of your real estate investment business.
We meet weekly with real estate industry’s leading experts who talk about, present and demonstrate the latest concepts, tools, and techniques they use to be highly successful in today’s explosive real estate market and will answer all your burning questions.
We engage in what we call real-world real estate investing hands-on activities that will help us with property acquisition, rehabbing and retail marketing. Our meetings are casual and friendly. We encourage people to meet before and after the meeting, to mingle and meet other real estate enthusiasts.
