Virtual Neighborhood-Oriented Development Happy Hour

Hello, everyone! We hope you're keeping safe and healthy during these challenging times.

For obvious reasons, we're moving our Neighborhood-Oriented Development Happy Hour online for now. We're hosting our new Virtual Happy Hour on April 8. For this event, we'd like to discuss the new and unique challenges that we're all facing. This is an opportunity to all come together, share our experiences, and suggest how we may help to address each other's issues. While we're going into uncharted territory, we hope the collective "wisdom of the crowd" can help guide us.

We'll be connecting through Hangout Meets. Pose your questions, and we'll share them with our group, which will include experienced neighborhood developers.

Please email us your questions at AskNOD@CFVDallas.com by 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 7. We'll call on you during the happy hour, ask you to explain more about your question and open it to discussion. This is an opportunity to connect with others who may be able to help you.

Thank you in advance for joining us in providing your expertise and also providing your questions and concerns. In times like these, we need to come together in our communities to help each other.

This is a monthly event, held on the Second Wednesday. It was previously known as the Small Developers Happy Hour.

Our goal is to connect like-minded people who have a variety of needs, wants, skills, and backgrounds who share similar visions of how to incrementally improve, grow, and rebuild their built environment. Typical happy hours include small developers, planners, architects, small business owners, and others who work together to make great places.
