What’s the group goal?
The primary goal of our group is to provide comprehensive support to individuals experiencing homelessness. This includes offering nourishment, safe shelter, essential care services, and assistance in securing employment. Our mission is to empower individuals to regain stability and self-sufficiency through both immediate aid and long-term solutions.
Who are you hoping to meet?
We are hoping to connect with individuals currently experiencing homelessness, as well as organizations and community members who are passionate about creating sustainable change for this vulnerable population. Our ideal partners include social service providers, local businesses, volunteers, and advocacy groups. We are also willing to go to areas affected by poverty in person and listen to what they need personally.
What will you do at your events?
At our events, we will offer meals, provide access to basic hygiene and health services, and distribute resources such as clothing and job search materials. In addition, we will facilitate job placement workshops, resume-building sessions, and interviews with potential employers. Our events will serve as a welcoming and supportive environment where attendees can access both immediate relief and long-term opportunities for empowerment.
