Meditation can change your life!
I learned meditation deep in the mayan jungle 3 hours from Tulum while living one year in Mexico and staying twice with a holistic community and farm full of dogs, cats, deers, cows, ducks and chicken. It was a daily ritual in the morning and evening to practice breathing technics and meditation.
I'm also a certified Yoga-Teacher (Yoga Alliance 250h), but that's not important. Meditation was not really part of my training.
More important is to practice Meditation together !
Let's start weekly, Sundays at the beach at 3pm for 1 hour. At that time sun is already behind the buildings and palm trees.
We start with some stretching, followed by Pranayama and some deep breathing to relax and then slow down and shift into a deep meditation by the sea.
Meditation at the beach with the sound of the waves is perfect!

From the Coffee Shop, walk the beach to the left for 6-8min (we are under the palms close to 'Four Points Hotel' by Sheraton)
