Feb valentines dinner & mystery book swap!

Come to our sit down dinner meet and greet, at J.Law Kitchen and Craft Bar!

Is there a book that you loved, and would enjoy sharing with someone else?

Bring one wrapped book that you wish to part with, and on the wrapping write one sentence or two describing this mystery book, WITHOUT stating the title. You can make the sentence as funny and/or creative as you'd like! We then choose a book that we find interesting based upon the sentence description, and will be surprised at what we find inside. The next person has the option of taking your book or choosing another, but the book can only be stolen twice. It's kind of like a white elephant gift swap, but for books!

Try to choose a book you are passionate about: it will help the reciever become excited, and will inadvertently tell a little about your own interests.

All this, over delicious food and good company. This was a big hit in 2024, and I'm happy to host it again. We will be handling our own checks and tips. Hope to see you there!
