What we're about

https://a248.e.akamai.net/secure.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/b/a/5/a/event_10847706.jpeg

Things to do and people to do them with. Meet other busy people, and meetup members near you! A great networking opportunity, as well. It's an especially nice venue, for those who don't like the bar scene.

Dances, sporting events, parties, bonfires and outdoor activities, theatre etc. will be posted, sometimes with other Meetups (the more the merrier:). I may even try a Real Estate seminar :) I'm BIG into live bands, esp. rock n' roll, so if you like to "rock on" and dance, you'll love this group.

Any suggestions I'm always open, love to have more organizers, to post events here, so let me know if you're willing to help :) If you'd like to get ahold of me, please use my personal email stisbert@yahoo.com because I get sooooo many emails from meetup, some do get lost in the shuffle.

Hope to meet you soon at a dance or meetup! Susan

or if you're looking to buy or sell real estate in the near future, please email me...

and live by this...

LIFE'S MIRROR

by M. Bridges

There are loyal hearts, there are spirits brave,

There are souls that are pure and true,

THEN GIVE TO THE WORLD THE BEST YOU HAVE,

AND THE BEST WILL COME BACK TO YOU.

Give love, and love to your life will flow,

A strength in your utmost need,

Have faith, and a score of hearts will show

Their faith in your word and deed.

Give truth, and your gift will be paid in kind;

And honor will honor meet;

And a smile that is sweet will surely find

A smile that is just as sweet.

Give pity and sorrow to those who mourn,

You will gather in flowers again

The scattered seeds from your thoughts out borne

Though the sowing seemed but vain.

For life is the mirror of king and slave,

'Tis just what we are and do;

THEN GIVE TO THE WORLD THE BEST YOU HAVE,

AND THE BEST WILL COME BACK TO YOU :)

The Bike path is very level, no big hills and shady in spots, with many water views here and there You will need a bicycle, a helmet, water, sunscreen, snacks, and some money. The East Bay Bike Path is the first multi-town bike path we built in Rhode Island. It travels 14.5 miles from India Point Park in Providence to Independence Park in Bristol, passing many state and local parks and recreation areas. Connecting neighborhoods, schools and business districts, the path is popular with commuting cyclists heading into Providence. The path follows the former Providence and Bristol Railroad and is mostly flat, with the exception of a large hill as the path switches from an alignment alongside Veterans Memorial Parkway in East Providence to the former rail right-of-way Liability Release - AS A CONDITION OF ATTENDING THIS MEETUP, YOU AGREE TO hold harmless, and indemnify the organizer and her heirs, and all members and participants of this Meetup group from any and all claims for injury, illness, death, and/or property damage including those caused by negligence, ignorance, inexperience and other reasons.
