5th in the Workshop Series: -the Rhythm of Stillness. The 5th in our Waves series, this workshop brings back Amara Pagano, who led our second workshop in the series.

Amara Pagano co-created Waves Studio in Olympia WA. She now teaches 5Rhythms at Studio Maui and throughout the US.
