Community Yoga Class at The Dance Affair with Childcare provided!
Taught by a certified Yoga Instructor.
Hatha yoga involves breath, body, and mind. We concentrate on the breath, yoga poses, and meditation.This class is gentle enough for beginners and challenging enough for the intermediate yoga student.

Have a child ages 2.5-5? While you stretch and relax, your little one can have a trial day with our Pre-K of the Arts Program! Enjoy an hour of me-time or extend their stay for the full 3 hour program!
