Whether you are already dancing or just starting out, our group offers a welcoming space to connect with like-minded individuals and improve your dancing skills. With regular social events, workshops, and classes, you'll have plenty of opportunities to groove to the infectious rhythms of Latin music while making new friends along the way. Queres começar a dançar mas nunca deste um passo? Esta é a tua oportunidade!
No Skyfitness (zona do Aeroporto, Lisboa) abrimos turmas de iniciação absoluta (Nível 0) — perfeitas para quem nunca dançou ou só fez umas poucas aulas.
🗓 Todas as segundas-feiras, a partir de outubro:
• 19h30 → Salsa Nível 0
• 20h30 → Bachata Nível 0
Vais aprender postura, ritmo, ligação e os primeiros passos destas danças sociais, num ambiente descontraído e acolhedor. Podes escolher apenas um estilo ou combinar os dois para evoluir mais rápido.

Want to start dancing but never tried before? This is your chance!
At Skyfitness (Lisbon Airport area) we’re opening absolute beginner (Level 0) groups — perfect if you’ve never danced or only had a few classes.
🗓 Every Monday, starting in October:
• 7:30 PM → Salsa Level 0
• 8:30 PM → Bachata Level 0
You’ll learn posture, rhythm, connection and the first steps of these social dances, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You can choose just one style or combine both to progress faster.
