What we’re about

If getting out on the dance floor sounds intimidating, but there's a part of you that dreams of busting loose and feeling totally wild and free (without tequila first) THIS IS YOUR GROUP.

Dancing is one of those things that tows the line of being totally embarrassing, totally boring, totally stressful, or totally awesome. And you might feel all those things here, but you will not be alone.

The Dance Liberation Circle helps us develop the skills, the mindset, and most importantly - the permission - to get rid of our self imposed limitations and let ourselves dance freely and enjoy life together in new ways.

We meet once a week, and each week is different. Our workshops follow an A/B/A/B schedule:

"A" weeks are for sitting, learning, reflecting and chatting,

"B" weeks are for getting up and moving our bodies.

Be sure to read each weeks' description to see what exactly we're getting into.

One non-negotiable: No one will be permitted to record video or take photos. EVER. Including myself. These moments are meant to be lived, not documented. We show up, we share the experience, then we let it go :)

I hope even without photos to paint the picture, you will be curious enough to join us.
