About us

Somatic Flow Dance is a safe and welcoming space where movement becomes a way to reconnect with yourself, your body, emotions and inner freedom.

This is not about choreography, performance or “dancing right”.
There is no need for dance experience or physical preparation. Everyone is welcome — both women and men.

Through simple guided movement, music, breath and body awareness practices, we learn how to:
• release stress and anxiety
• quiet the overthinking mind
• feel more present and alive
• reconnect with emotions and the body
• express ourselves naturally and freely

The goal of this practice is to help people discover movement as a tool for self-regulation, emotional balance and authentic self-expression in everyday life.

You don’t need to be “good at dancing”.
You only need curiosity and willingness to feel.
