Dance, Movement & Creativity in Düsseldorf

It's a workshop where you create your own dance portrait through honest, spontaneous motion ✨️

What to expect:
• A warm welcome and introduction
• Tools to help you find your movement (we will work on interesting tasks, everyone will find their own way to express their feelings, we will learn to follow the flow, etc.)
• Improvisational exercises and movement exploration
• Creating your own “dance portrait” here and now.
• Your beautiful and magical moments that you would like to remember will be gently captured by a photographer.
