LET'S DANCE

I invite you to a Free Form dance event! Come have fun, meet other like-minded people. Come and enjoy yourself in a space where you can move and express yourself freely.

This is a Free Form dance group. Free-form dance is very simply put, people dancing with no planned steps or moves, no choreography, no memorization, no goals, no expectations, just a space to move and express yourself and explore dance and movement freely.

People participating in the dance may move in anyway they choose and in anyway they feel the music. This is a process of tuning back in the body and its natural movements. This is all about you and the freedom to express and move. Any dancing movement that comes from you is welcome, just as long as it respects those around you.

Dancing is a great way to loosen up, not only our bodies but our minds too. After a long day why not come de-stress, move, while having fun at the same time.

To all who wish to attend please note a fee of R80 is required to secure your spot. The dance studio is a booked space, so the cost goes towards securing the dance space for the event.

There is a limit of 10 spots per event. RSVPing does NOT secure the spot.
