Join us for the transformative "Dance of the Seven Veils" workshop—a liberating, participatory dance experience designed to help you uncover your true self beneath layers of societal expectations and past conditioning. In this workshop, you'll explore the rich mythology and philosophy behind the Dance of the Seven Veils, learning how movement, sound, and chant can become tools to transform your inner psyche.
Guided by facilitators Pamela Guiese and Amy South, you'll begin by identifying the "veils"—the perceptions and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Working in pairs, you'll create a personal list of these perceptions, and your partner will offer fresh, empowering perspectives to help you reframe them. Imagine transforming a belief like, "I can't make enough money because I grew up with no money," into an appreciation of resourcefulness and creativity.
At its core, this workshop is about self-empowerment and self-realisation—a journey toward embracing who you truly are. The experience culminates in a participatory dance where you'll embody the insights gained, shedding old limitations and stepping into your authentic self.
