Kundalini meditation is not your sit-still kind of meditation – it’s an active, playful way to release the day and come back to yourself. Think of it as shaking off stress, dancing like nobody’s watching, and then melting into deep stillness.

✨ First we shake and dance to let go of tension and wake up our joy.
✨ Then we slow down, drop into silence, and rest in deep relaxation.

No dance moves, no choreography – just you, your body, and the freedom to move however you feel. Everyone is welcome!
