Dance Your Soul is an ecstatic dance, sober community movement experience held in a judgement-free space where individuals come together to tap into their inner guidance and express their life through dance. Music is selected by each DJ specific to their vision for the dance. No experience necessary.

Movement Lab is a way to warm up and open up the body and mind prior to dance. Guidance provided by DYS DJs to engage in individual or partner/group exercises to deepen your connection and experience.
