Alison Marshak, creative founder of DanceFreedom:
Dance Freedom wants to acknowledge the passing of our founder Alison Binder Marshak with a memorial Dance on October 24th. Photos and video donated to Dance Freedom by Alison’s husband, Bob Marshak, will be available. Please write down any memories you have of Alison to share in the book. If you have Songs from the 80’s that you remember from Alison’s set, email them so they can be included in the evening’s music for Dance Freedom’s birthday dance on April 10th, 2026. Dance Freedom will try to recreate some of the dance pieces that Alison shared at the Bi–annual Dance Freedom Birthday Talent show. Please email info@dancefreedom.com if you were in or saved video or photos from it.

On 10-24-25 at 8:00pm spend some time practicing the moves from Michael Jackson’s Thriller to share at evening’s end.
