Grab your rags, paint your faces, and bring your flags, we’re celebrating heritage, community, and massive riddims while decorating some serious cakes.
Whether you’re a master piper or just here for the waistline and the icing, this is about pure, unfiltered vibes.

We’ve teamed up with the incredible pastry chef Rochelle Gayle to lead the session.
Having worked with The Big London Bake. Rochelle is bringing her elite expertise and vibes straight to our benches, guiding you step-by-step so your creation looks proper.
DJ Mimi Rich will be spinning the absolute finest in 90's dancehall, reggae and soca to keep the energy strictly 100.

The room is bright, inclusive, and the perfect space to catch a vibe, whether you pull up with your crew or come solo and link some new people.

### The Carnival Lineup:

• The Workshop: A fully guided, interactive session with Rochelle. Grab a 6-inch cake, pick your poison between Sorrel & Berry or Lemon & Passionfruit fillings, and really represent your country's flag with custom buttercream.
• The Clash: A friendly cake-decorating competition to see who holds the crown for the best flag-inspired design top-tier creations are in for a prize.
• The Drinks: 1 hour of bottomless bubbles/rum punch to get the carnival spirit flowing.
• The Takeaway: A proper custom cake box to take your masterpiece home for Sunday dinner.
