Dance Lab: Play
When was the last time you touched something just to feel it - without naming it, without knowing what it was?
In this session, we return to play. We'll explore with the whole body — not just the hands — closing our eyes, touching with our feet, letting the skin recognize before the mind names.
Whatever the body feels, we'll dance it.
We'll also connect with each other through contact, this time carried through an instrument that becomes a bridge between people — inviting free dance and connection with others in the group.
No dance experience needed. Just come as you are, ready to explore and play.
