Anyone wishing to experience freedom in movement. Come and shake, get jiggy, space out and fly, rock out, float, bounce and find a mellow groove. If you've never tried a free dance session before there's an inner dancer in you waiting to be discovered. Nothing to know, remember or prove to anyone. Just a space to explore and ride the waves.. and come home to your body's wisdom and joy.

DANCEmandala is similar to 5 Rhythms, working with 11 layers and following an arc from gentle beginning, to ecstatic middle, and meditative ending.
