Get Fit while learning proper Salsa/Latin & Ballroom Dance Steps. Say "Bye Bye" to gym intimidation and boredom. danceTONE is a FUN dance-based cardio workout incorporating Rumba, Cha Cha, Salsa, Merengue, Jive/Swing, Tango and other "TikTok-able" steps.

Great for strengthening, tightening and slimming the arms, abs, buns, thighs and calves. Styling exercises are also incorporated for those wanting to quickly improve their dancing. No previous dance experience necessary. Partner not necessary. Absolute Beginners Welcomed. Reach up to 5500 steps in 45 minutes. Offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.

danceFLOW incorporates curated “qi gong/tai chi” exercises to inspirational Ballroom, Latin and World music. The goal is to strengthen supporting muscles/connective tissues and maximize mobility and flexibility of the spine, back and joints (neck, shoulder, knees). Portions of the class involve seated breathing for balance, mind/thought management, stress relief and pain management.

By applying qigong/taichi principles from the Martial Arts about how energy moves through the body, students will gain mastery in creating "hyper slow motion" and "hyper fast" movements for Dance Dips, Rolls, Lines and Lunges used in Ballroom & Latin Dancing. As well as the skill of moving to slow and fast rhythms in music for musicality and expression.

Move to Salsa and Club Latin Music. Escape to danceScape and learn to dance for Fun, Fitness, Friendship or Romance. Learn proper Dance Steps to move to the Latin music of Pit Bull, Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan, R. Mancuso, J. Balvin, Cardi B., Bad Bunny, Marc Anthony, Celia Cruz, Tito Puente and others. Gain confidence at Social Events (e.g., Salsa Club, Latin-themed Party, Wedding). Dance to LIVE music on a Cruise or Destination Vacation/Resort in Cuba, Miami, South America, Dominican Republic, Spain or Portugal.

This eight week session is dedicated to couples or singles who have never danced before, have limited dance experience, or would like a refresher. The program primarily focuses on Salsa, with introduction to Merengue.
