Ecstatic Dance & Flower Moon Tea Ceremony

AH will be facilitating our Saturday night dance coinciding with the Full "Flower" Moon. We will start this evening with a Flower Moon Dandelion Tea Ceremony before dancing AH's nourishing mix, which celebrates how each of us are simply, "Beautiful as you are!"

The tea ceremony will be co-facilitated by Eileen and is a precursor to our New Moon Spring Fairy Ball being held later this month. During this simple ceremony we will begin to plant seeds and seek guidance through contemplation and movement in nourishing our goals.

Ecstatic Dance is free-form, unstructured dance/flow that allows for freedom to express our unique self through movement/dance within a supportive and respectful community.

DOORS OPEN: 7 pm
Flower Moon Dandelion Tea Ceremony: 7:15 pm
MUSIC Begins: 7:30 pm
Doors lock: 7:45 pm

The dances are drug-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free and conversation-free. The music follows a journey with a calm/flow beginning, into a more vigorous and intense middle, entering into a more still and silent end.

You can express playfulness, craziness, passion, sadness, laughter or whatever needs to be expressed in the dance… or just come out to get your deep groove on!

The dance is open to everyone! Family friendly. No partner or dancing ability required - only breath and soul.

Please dress comfortably and bring some water to stay hydrated. And arrive substance free.
