Our group is dedicated to exploring the transformative power of dance through practices such as 5Rhythms, free form movement, Continuum, Medicine Dance, Moving Soul Dance and Ecstatic Dance. We prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive community where individuals can connect with others and themselves on a deep and meaningful level. Join us to experience the joy and healing that comes from moving your body and opening your heart in a safe and sacred space. Dancing Mystery Lodge is a life-line into deeper relationship with self, energetic fluency and the miracle/magic of our moving bodies. Light guidance is offered accompanied by eclectic, curated music. We welcome you onto the dance floor!
