We are the UNIVERSAL DANCE AND MUSIC ARTS ABU DHABI our aim is to help you dance and work your way to a fitter, better, more confident you.
This group is dedicated to all ladies looking to inject some fun into their daily routines.
We offer the following classes :
TWERK (LADIES ONLY): This class is strictly dedicated to the Ladies. It is a dance form aimed at giving the whole body a full workout, but also works particularly on toning the lower body and giving you that figure you absolutely dream about. It is a great confidence booster ladies...
AFROBEATS (LADIES ONLY CLASS): This brings modern African dance forms to the fore. It gives you a great and fun workout; exploring moves that you never thought possible in a fun, vibrant, energetic atmosphere with ABSOLUTELY GREAT MUSIC!!! This class is a Must...
CLASS holds Tuesdays at 6pm.
HEELS /CHAIR DANCE CLASS - LADIES :
This will definitely restore your self-confidence and increase your flexibility levels all the while toning and strengthening your glutes and thighs.

THURSDAYS at 6pm
LATIN JAZZ(LADIES):
JOIN US FRIDAYS at 7pm for our Ladies Latin Styling group class where we move to the CHA CHA Rhythms, Rumba, Samba, Salsa, Kizomba etc
